        Film Club

    This year students from schools and colleges can join the new project EEAF for Education.

    In project Film Club the students can carry out showing films from EEAF throughout the whole year and help to broaden their knowledge of burning questions of this world which are brought up in these documentaries.

   Club foundation

   Film club EEAF can be organized by any student or group of students from any college in Scotland provided they follow given regulations.

   Existence of the film club at colleges requires regulation respect from the organizers in order to protect authorization rights and smooth functioning of the club at other colleges. Therefore it is necessary:

• to realize screenings within the college grounds, or other appropriate facilities (youth clubs etc.), however these can be organized by college students only;
• to use the films provided for college (youth club) projection only, any copying, renting or public screening is strictly prohibited;
• to supply contacts for the organizers and co-organizers of the club, which will be listed on the film club e-mail and help with regular communication both with project coordinator and other organizers (organizers will be bound to regular and prompt communication with the coordinator) ;
• to take part in regular meetings of organizers of film club Jeden svet at least once a year;
• to organize at least one screening every two months;
• to send the information on planned projection to the coordinator at least two weeks in advance together with film order;
• to send brief evaluation of the screening to the coordinator with photodocumentation and promotional leaflets within two weeks after the projection;
• to return provided films (in person, by post or courier) within one week after the screening;
• to consult with the festival EEAF any bigger events (more than two screenings) with adequate advance.
