Questionnaire on-line Who is responsible for the litter pollution in Angus ? Thats the name of our questionnaire whose main concern is : How is it possible that litter polution has been shifted into an ugly and unpleasant giant which, let's be honest, has got no comparison in most European countries. This questionnaire is trying to point at institutions, organisations or individuals who take responsibilities for their own decisions by taking their place in given structure of our established human society. These decisions will inevitably affect the development of its citizens and future generations. This questionnaire should show and point out institutions which should be scrutinized and subsequently change and thus improve the way they deal with this shameful pollution of its countryside and natural environment. 1.
