Rules and regulations of the festival
3. volume European Environmental and Arts Festival will be from 5th June to 5th July 2008

• Festival is open for any student, documentary,human rights, enviromental and full-lenght pictures
• Pictures and videos can be entered by author, producent, distributor or corporate body
• All pictures must be able to offer English subtittles (just non-English movies)
• For Festival organisation will be the best, if anyone, who wants to enter his movie, will send signed registration and picture on DVD. Unfortunatelly we can't pay post costs as our budget is low. Please sent your registrations on the address below.
• Sorry, but with regard to festival budget we can't send DVDs back. Materials can be send back only in case, that receiver will pay for postal costs and administration expenses.
• As soon as the selection of pictures will be completed, all involved people will be inform throught e-mail, if their film is selected or not.
• Datas from registration will be processed and presented in festival's database of films. All DVDs will stay in film archiv of European Environmental and Arts Festival. Festival organisation appropriate privilege to use registrated films for non-commercial purposes: i.e. make it possible to project films in schools, afford them to representatives of non-profit-making organizations, to film makers, to students...at any time. If you don't want to make your picture accessible for Festival film archiv, please inform us in advance.
• Selected pictures will be presented in DVD format.
• Selected pictures MUST have:
• Festival has the right to use photo and 3 minutes trailers within the scope of medial propagation of Festival (newspapers, TV, internet)
• By filling and signing the registration you draw out, that you agree with Festival regulations.
